Snazzi is a curated marketplace connecting verified Australian producers with buyers in Greater China, Asia and beyond. Products are supplied by vetted vendors and consolidated, packed and shipped by Snazzi in our signature cold-chain box.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to import the goods into your destination country.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Freight, cold-chain handling and estimated duty are shown separately at checkout.

An order is only accepted once payment is authorised and we have confirmed stock and a cold-chain flight slot. If we cannot fulfil an order we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Import duties, GST/VAT and customs charges in the destination country remain the buyer's responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.

Seafood, dairy, cherries and other chilled goods are shipped under an unbroken cold chain with a temperature logger in every box.

You must be available to receive the delivery at the address and window selected. Perishable orders that fail delivery twice cannot be refunded.

Vendors are responsible for product accuracy, licensing and food-safety compliance. Snazzi verifies credentials but is not the producer of vendor goods.

Vendor storefronts and promotional banners are subject to our advertising policy and may be removed at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
